Electrical storm halts filming on The X Factor USA...
Auditions at The X Factor USA were thrown into chaos yesterday (9th July) after a lightning storm hit North Carolina where the show was being filmed.
The Daily Mail reports that a production truck was hit by lightning which caused a power cut. And it's reported that thunder was so loud that judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato "were screaming" along with the audience.
After a short break while the problem was fixed filming resumed only to be halted a second time after another lightning bolt.
A source told MailOnline: "Filming started again around an hour after the truck had been hit because it took a while to fix things and get back up.
"But they had to break again after the lightning hit something else. It crashed so loud Britney, Demi and the whole audience were screaming."
They added: "Auditions resumed eventually but it took them a long time to get things running again."
Britney and Demi are on the judging panel alongside head judge Simon Cowell and music mogul LA Reid.
Today is the 3rd and last day of X Factor auditions in Greensboro, North Carolina. Not only that, but it's also the final set of auditions for this season!

-Contestant to Britney: "Do you remember your movie Crossroads? Well, I loved it!" Britney: "Never heard of it. *laughs*"
Simon to Britney: "Britney, you were in a movie?" Poor contestant is standing in silence while the judges discuss Crossroads. Only Britney...

-A contestant begged Britney to let her through even though she did bad and Britney handled the situation like a pro refusing to let the girl in.
-@Gaga4BritBrit A stan is auditioning. Britney said she was very sweet for being such a big fan! #NCFactor
-Britney reportedly got up and danced during a group's audition. After they were done, she said: "I absolutely love you guys!" She also fought with LA to make the group go through. -Britney to a contestant: "Yes, yes, yes!"
-@Gaga4BritBrit Britney just said "Oh MAHHH gawd!!!" in her cute southern accent when contestants said they were triplets! One triplet has a broken leg from playing basketball (they all play). Britney then asked who was the point guard! Simon asked Britney what a point guard is and Britney simply replied: "Role reversal."
-Britney also told the triplets that they were too ahead of the beat and she likes ppl behind the beat bc it's sexy.

A contestant sang (You Drive Me) Crazy as a tribute to Britney. During the song, producers reportedly lost control of the audience and reportedly sent the judges to break (except for Simon who stayed). Of course, it didn't take more than that for people in attendance to start booing and calling Britney a bitch. It wasn't just Britney that walked off... Simon said it was a bad tribute but Britney played it nice when she returned and here's what she had to say:
